Ingredients

560g baking mix (such as Bisquick®)
160ml milk
2 large eggs
45g white sugar
45g unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the baking mix, milk, eggs, sugar, and melted butter. Spoon the mixture into 6 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool before splitting and filling.
