450 g walleye fillets
2 30x30 cm squares aluminum foil
75 g butter, melted
1 pinch seasoned salt, to taste
1 pinch garlic and herb seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®), to taste
Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Lay the walleye fillets, skin-side down, on one piece of aluminum foil. Brush the fillets with melted butter, then sprinkle with seasoned salt and seasoning blend. Place the second piece of aluminum foil on top, then fold and seal all edges to create a secure packet.
Step 3
Grill the foil-wrapped walleye on the preheated grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 7 minutes per side.
