In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, flour, eggs, and oil.
Step 2
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Pour 80 ml of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, about 3-4 minutes more.
