Ingredients

2 cups matzo meal
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp white sugar
1 cup water
0.5 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a cookie sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, combine matzo meal, salt, and sugar, mixing well.

In a saucepan, bring water and oil to a boil. Then pour the boiling water over the matzo meal mixture and stir until blended. Beat one egg at a time into the mixture. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Shape the dough into rolls using oiled hands and arrange them on the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
