1 can (540g) fava beans, drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
25g fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
45ml olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
