6 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2/3 cup white sugar
250 ml water
4 tbsp strawberry flavored Jell-O®
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Step 1
In a medium-large saucepan, combine sugar, water, gelatin, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat after one minute.
Step 2
Gently fold in the sliced strawberries until well coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Step 3
Chill the pie until it is well set, for about 2 to 4 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream.
