60g sliced fresh strawberries
45ml tequila
30ml lime juice
15ml triple sec
1 tsp white sugar, or to taste
240ml ice cubes
1 wedge lime
1 tsp white sugar
Step 1
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until the ice is crushed, about 15 seconds.
Step 3
Rub the rim of a glass with the lime wedge. Spread 1 teaspoon of sugar onto a plate and dip the glass rim in sugar to coat. Pour the margarita into the glass.
