2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups buttermilk
12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
0.5 (11.5 ounce) package fudge stripe cookies
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and buttermilk. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Add the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
Step 2
Just before serving, crush the cookies and mix them into the salad.
