1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and season both sides with garlic powder and onion flakes.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone, should read 74°C (165°F).
