1 day-old French baguette
60 g softened butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
15 ml olive oil

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Slice the baguette into 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thick slices.

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, chopped garlic, and olive oil until well combined.

Spread the butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.

Arrange the bread slices, butter-side up, in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
