450 g ground turkey
60 ml fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
30 ml minced green onions
30 ml soy sauce
5 ml minced fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
15 ml vegetable oil
30 ml chopped fresh parsley
Step 1
Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°C.
Step 3
Garnish the patties with chopped parsley before serving.
