125 g butter
45 g minced garlic
45 g soy sauce
15 ml dried parsley
1.25 g black pepper
6 boneless chicken thighs, with skin
Step 1
Position an oven rack about 15 cm from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Lightly grease a baking pan.
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, garlic, soy sauce, parsley, and black pepper. Microwave on high until the butter is melted, stirring halfway through, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Arrange the chicken thighs, skin-side up, on the prepared baking pan. Pour most of the butter mixture over the chicken to coat, reserving some for basting.
Step 4
Broil in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, turning and basting occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 74°C. Garnish with parsley before serving.
