450 g fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed
60 g shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Spray a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) casserole dish with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange the asparagus in the dish and lightly coat the spears with cooking spray.
Step 3
Sprinkle the asparagus with Parmesan cheese, sea salt, and garlic powder.
Step 4
Roast in the preheated oven until the thickest part of the stem can be easily pierced with a fork, about 12 minutes.
