2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 cups broccoli florets
0.5 cup vegetable broth
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt the Country Crock Spread. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the broccoli florets and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
Step 3
Pour in the vegetable broth and let the broccoli simmer until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
