Ingredients

8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
115 g cream cheese
75 g butter
225 g sour cream
28 g dry Ranch-style dressing mix

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain and add cream cheese, butter, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix. Mash until creamy using a potato masher or electric mixer. Spread the mixture evenly in a large baking dish.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
