cooking spray
450 g thinly sliced ham
225 g sliced Swiss cheese
2 (12 count) packages Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King's®)
225 g butter, melted
60 g brown sugar
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
30 g prepared yellow mustard

Step 2
2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and poppy seeds. Spoon the mixture over the tops of the sandwiches. Allow it to sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Step 3
3. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 4
4. Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven, uncovered, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.
