250 g diced ham

15 ml mayonnaise
120 g dry breadcrumbs, divided
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix diced ham, egg, mayonnaise, and half of the breadcrumbs. Shape the mixture into 6 balls.

Spread the remaining breadcrumbs onto a plate. Roll the ham balls in the breadcrumbs to coat them, then arrange them in a baking dish.

Bake the croquettes in the preheated oven until they turn golden brown, for about 20 to 25 minutes.
