6 pork chops
0.25 tsp seasoned salt
0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 chopped onion
0.5 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cans (10.75 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
Rinse the pork chops, pat them dry, and season with seasoned salt and pepper. Place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix the onion, mushrooms, and soup together. Spoon the mixture over the chops.
Step 3
Cover and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 1 hour. Then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. (Note: Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the chops.) Pork chops are done when their internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
