2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
0.125 teaspoon cumin
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, drained
0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In an ovenproof pan, combine olive oil, mashed garlic, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Add the garbanzo beans and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Roast in the preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta cheese and thyme. Serve warm.
