Ingredients

1.4 kg halved fresh strawberries
45 g all-purpose white flour
15 g white sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
180 g all-purpose flour
250 g white sugar
225 g butter
100 g rolled oats
salt to taste

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the strawberries, 45g white flour, sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In another bowl, combine 180g flour, 250g sugar, butter, rolled oats, and salt. Use your hands or a pastry cutter to mix until crumbly. Spread the mixture over the strawberries.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
