1 tsp chili powder
0.125 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch onion powder
cayenne pepper (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
125 g butter, softened
6 ears corn, husked and cleaned
Step 1
1. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
Step 2
2. In a medium bowl, mix together chili powder, oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend in the softened butter.
Step 3
3. Spread the butter mixture on each ear of corn, then wrap each one in aluminum foil, making sure it's big enough to wrap like a burrito. Twist the ends to close.
Step 4
4. Place the wrapped corn on the preheated grill and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the corn is tender when poked with a fork. Turn the corn occasionally during cooking.
