1 English cucumber
115 grams softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Step 1
Trim the ends of the cucumber and peel alternating strips to create a striped design. Slice into 24 rounds, at least 1/4-inch thick, and arrange on a serving platter.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a small resealable bag and snip off a corner. Pipe the mixture onto the cucumber rounds. Serve immediately.
