Ingredients

3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
120ml milk

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking sheet.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt, then create a well in the center.
Step 3
Beat the eggs and melted butter together, then pour into the well in the flour mixture and mix with a fork until crumbly. Gradually add the milk to the flour mixture, using your hands to form the dough into a ball.
Step 4
Roll the dough into a flat loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned along the edges, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
