3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp minced garlic
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Step 1
In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and minced garlic. Add the chicken breast halves to the mixture and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Step 2
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
Step 3
Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear.
