60 ml water
60 ml white sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
470 ml crushed ice
120 ml prepared lemonade
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and chopped mint. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool for about an hour. Then, strain out the mint leaves.
Step 2
Fill 2 cups or frozen goblets with crushed ice. Pour half of the lemonade into each cup and top with a splash of the cooled sugar syrup. Garnish each with a mint sprig and a straw. Serve on a silver platter.
