Italian-Style Pasta Salad
A delightful blend of spaghetti, fresh veggies, and zesty Italian dressing, this pasta salad is a refreshing twist on the classic. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a light lunch!
500 g spaghetti, broken into pieces
475 ml Italian-style salad dressing
15 g grated Parmesan cheese
15 g sesame seeds
15 g poppy seeds
10 g seasoning salt
5 g paprika
2.5 g garlic powder
2.5 g ground black pepper
2.5 g cayenne pepper
1 cucumber, chopped
1 red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, chopped
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain well before transferring to a large bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together the salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, seasoning salt, paprika, garlic powder, and peppers until well blended. Stir in the cucumber and onion. Pour the mixture over the spaghetti and toss lightly to ensure even coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Before serving, top with the chopped tomatoes.
