Ingredients

cooking spray
12 eggs
120 ml milk
120 ml sour cream
0.5 tsp salt
415 g chopped cooked ham
175 g chopped red bell pepper
175 g sliced fresh mushrooms
175 g sliced green onion
115 g shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F). Grease a 33x23 cm (13x9-inch) baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, and salt until well combined. Stir in the ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Sprinkle the top with Cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
