1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
120 ml lemon juice
3 egg whites
25 g white sugar
Step 1
1. Preheat the broiler to 260°C (500°F).

2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Step 3
3. In a separate glass or metal mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread the meringue evenly on top of the lemon filling.
Step 4
4. Brown the pie in the preheated broiler just until the meringue is set and golden. Keep the pie refrigerated.
