175 g butter
1.5 tbsp minced garlic (or to taste)
680 g cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-size pieces
120 ml white wine (or to taste)
5 ml lemon juice
25 g grated Parmesan cheese (or to taste)
60 g bread crumbs (or more as needed)
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (about 2-3 minutes).
Step 2
Add the lobster and cook until heated through (about 5 minutes). Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, bringing it to a boil. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted (about 2 minutes). Gradually add the bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons at a time, bringing it to a boil after each addition.
