Ingredients

300g baking mix (such as Bisquick ")
200g shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
240ml milk
75ml maple syrup
2 eggs
22.5g white sugar
12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23x33cm (9x13-inch) baking pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the baking mix, 150g Cheddar cheese, milk, maple syrup, eggs, and sugar. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle bacon and the remaining 50g Cheddar cheese over the casserole. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
