1 (2.3 kg) bone-in ham
80 ml prepared yellow mustard
80 ml maple syrup
30 g brown sugar
10 ml onion powder
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together mustard, maple syrup, brown sugar, and onion powder. Coat the entire ham with the glaze using a spoon or brush.
Step 3
Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan and roast it in the preheated oven, uncovered, for about 2 hours or until heated through.
Step 4
Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before carving to retain its juiciness.
