Ingredients

16 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells
1 cup (150g) raisins
180g brown sugar
60g butter, softened
2 eggs
120ml maple syrup
15g all-purpose flour
15ml vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Arrange the tart shells on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the raisins into the bottom of each shell.
Step 3
In a bowl, cream together the brown sugar and softened butter until smooth. Then, whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Fill each tart shell 3/4 full with the maple syrup mixture.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until the filling is set and the shells are golden, about 16 minutes. Rotate the baking sheet halfway through the baking time for even baking.
