500 g Greek yogurt
2 hot house cucumbers (peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced)
45 ml lemon juice
30 g fresh mint (chopped)
2.5 g white sugar
1.25 g kosher salt

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, fresh mint, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
