500 g mixed fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and sliced bananas
500 g plain or vanilla yogurt
60 g white sugar
8 small paper cups
8 popsicle sticks
Step 1
In a blender, combine the mixed berries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar. Blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency, whether smooth or chunky.
Step 2
Fill each paper cup with the fruit-yogurt mixture, filling them about 3/4 full. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil and then insert a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup.
Step 3
Place the cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 5 hours. Once frozen, remove the foil and peel off the paper cup before serving.
