120 g grated mozzarella cheese
15 g fresh basil leaves
30 g pizza sauce
10 g mayonnaise
2 slices bread
Step 1
1. Preheat a cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix together the grated mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, and pizza sauce. Set aside.

3. Spread 5 grams of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

4. Place the bread slices mayo-side-down in the hot skillet.

5. Spread the cheese mixture on one slice of bread.
Step 6
6. Cook until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 7
7. Place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese mixture, grilled side up.
