125 ml water
125 ml white vinegar
30 g seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
450 g fresh large shrimp, deveined with shells on
Step 1
In a saucepan over high heat, bring water, vinegar, and seafood seasoning to a boil. Add the shrimp and stir.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and steam the shrimp, stirring occasionally, until they turn bright orange, which takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the shrimp.
