1. In a pot, place the eggs and add enough water to cover them. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

2. Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 15 minutes.

3. Prepare a large bowl filled halfway with cold water. Transfer the eggs into the cold water, replacing it as needed to keep the eggs cold until completely cooled. Chill the eggs in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before peeling.
