Ingredients

1 L water
16 eggs

Directions

Step 1
Place a wire rack at the bottom of a multifunctional pressure cooker, like an Instant Pot, and pour in the water. Carefully arrange the raw eggs on the rack, ensuring a snug fit. Close and lock the lid.
Step 2
Select High pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions and set a timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
Step 3
Once the timer goes off, press cancel and release the pressure using the quick-release method as per the manufacturer's instructions, which takes about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid to prevent overcooking the eggs.
Step 4
Transfer the eggs to a large bowl using a serving spoon and cover them with cold water. Let them cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs while they are still warm and rinse off any shell pieces. Use immediately or store them in the fridge.
