500g can of crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
240ml thawed whipped topping
1 round angel food cake (280g), cut into 3 layers
Seasonal berries
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix undrained pineapple and pudding mix. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Step 2
On a serving plate, stack the cake layers, spreading the pudding mixture between each layer and on top of the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Step 3
Garnish with seasonal berries before serving.
