3 eggs, separated into whites and yolks
225 g white sugar
115 g butter
120 ml milk
425 g crushed pineapple, drained
330 g cubed bread
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
In another large bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, butter, and milk. Stir in the pineapple and bread cubes. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
