Ingredients

500 g mini sweet peppers
185 g alouette garlic and herb spreadable cheese
115 g prosciutto

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F). Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and stem.
Step 2
Slice the prosciutto into pieces the size of the pepper halves and place one piece in each pepper half. Spread 15g of cheese into each pepper half. If the prosciutto hangs over the pepper sides, fold it upward to cover the cheese.
Step 3
Air fry for about 5 minutes until the cheese is very warm and soft. Serve and enjoy!
