Ingredients

450 g shell-on deveined jumbo shrimp
nonstick cooking spray
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp reduced-sodium seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
2 lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Step 2
Quickly rinse the shrimp under cold water to remove any ice or sediment, then pat dry with paper towels. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray. You may need to cook the shrimp in 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Step 3
Air-fry the shrimp for 5 minutes. Flip them and continue cooking until the shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, which takes an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4
While the shrimp are cooking, place the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat the butter at 50% power until melted, for about 30 to 60 seconds. Stir in the hot sauce and Old Bay® seasoning.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked shrimp to a large bowl. Drizzle with the butter mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
