1/2 large seedless watermelon, chilled and cut into 2.5 cm cubes
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely minced
Juice of 2 limes
1 package (115 g) crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, gently combine the watermelon, red onion, basil, cilantro, mint, lime juice, feta cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
