250 ml warm water (110°F/43°C)
12.5 g active dry yeast
45 g white sugar
7.5 g salt
45 ml olive oil
2.5 g ground thyme
2.5 g garlic powder
10 g crushed dried rosemary
375 g all-purpose flour
Step 1
Pour warm water into the bread machine pan, then sprinkle in the yeast and sugar. Allow the mixture to rest until a creamy foam forms on top of the water, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle in the salt, then add olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, rosemary, and flour. Set the machine to the light crust setting, and start the machine.
