900 g ground beef
450 g pork sausage
3 eggs
120 ml ketchup
240 ml fresh bread crumbs
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp ketchup
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, eggs, 120 ml ketchup, and bread crumbs. Mix until well blended. Transfer the mixture into a 23x13 cm loaf pan. Spread 2 tbsp ketchup over the top.
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally drain off excess fat to minimize spattering. Enjoy!
