450 g asparagus, ends trimmed
115 g prosciutto
15 g butter
60 ml low-sodium chicken broth
Step 1
Gather 3 or 5 slender asparagus spears and wrap each bundle with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring the prosciutto catches the beginning edge of the asparagus.
Step 2
Switch on the Instant Pot and select the Saute function. Melt the butter and place the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus bundles seam-side down into the pot. Saute until the prosciutto is lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Turn the bundles over and cook for another 2 minutes until the prosciutto is browned. Turn the bundles over again, seam-side down, and pour in the chicken broth. Choose the steam pressure setting and set the timer for 3 minutes. Allow 10 minutes for the pressure to build.
Step 3
Carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method and unlock the lid after about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
