450 g processed cheese food, such as Velveeta®, cubed
1 can (280 g) diced tomatoes and green chilies, such as Rotel® Original, undrained
1 can (425 g) beef in chili sauce tamales, such as Hormel®
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add cubed Velveeta® and Rotel®.
Step 2
Remove the tamales from the can and place them on a cutting board. Pour the chili from the can into the Rotel® mixture. Discard the papers from the tamales, chop them, and add them to the cheese mixture.
Step 3
Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the Velveeta® is melted, and all ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
