450 g flaked imitation crabmeat
120 ml finely chopped celery, or more to taste
120 ml reduced-fat ranch dressing
80 ml mayonnaise
15 ml white sugar
5 ml minced fresh parsley

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a salad bowl, gently combine the imitation crabmeat, celery, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sugar, and parsley until well mixed.
