1134 g 80% lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (425 g each) tomato sauce
1 can (425 g) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 can (425 g) crushed tomatoes
Half can (113 g) Tamed\u2122 diced jalape\u00f1o peppers
60 ml Worcestershire sauce
15 g taco seasoning mix
15 g ground cumin
5 g garlic powder
5 g onion powder
5 g dried oregano
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and crumbly and the onion is translucent (about 5-7 minutes). Drain the excess fat in a colander.
Step 2
Transfer the drained meat mixture to a slow cooker. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, jalape\u00f1o peppers, Worcestershire sauce, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, adding water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
