680 g boneless skinless chicken bites
30 ml chili oil
10 ml chili powder
20 ml garlic powder
1.25 ml salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Toss the chicken pieces in chili oil. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Coat the chicken with the spice mixture and place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 3
Bake the chicken bites in the preheated oven until browned, cooked through, and the juices run clear, about 8 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the center should read 74°C (165°F).
